NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 10, 2021, and entered in Case No. 11-2020-CA-002553-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL FUNDING MORTGAGE SECURITIES I, INC., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-SA1 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF RODNEY W. STORRUSTEN A/K/A RODNEY STORRUSTEN A/K/A RODNEY WAYNE STORRUSTEN; FALLING WATERS BEACH RESORT MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; FALLING WATERS BEACH RESORT I, INC.; NATALIE VOIT, are defendants. Crystal K. Kinzel, Clerk of the Circuit Court for COLLIER, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In the Lobby on the Third FLOOR of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 7 day of October, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 311, FALLING WATERS BEACH RESORT I, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2312, PAGES 1208 THROUGH 1338, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO
