YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose real property and action to enforce a note on the following property in Collier County, Florida:
Lot 20, Block C of BRIARWOOD UNIT SIX, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 30, Pages 59 through 61, inclusive, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, less and except a portion thereof, being more particularly described as follows:
A portion of Lot 20, Block C of BRIARWOOD UNIT SIX, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 30,, Pages 59 through 61, inclusive, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and beginning at the easterly corner of said Lot 20, Block C; thence North 52°13'22” West along a radial line and the common property line of said Lots 21 and 20 as shown on said plat a distance of 120.00 feet to a point on the arc of a circular curve and the common property of said lots; thence southwesterly 2.50 feet along the arc of a curve concave to the southeast, through a central angle of 00°19'06' ', having a radius of 450.00 feet and being subtended by a chord which bears South 37°37'05” West, with a chord distance of 2.50 feet; thence South 52°13 '22” East along a non-radial line a distance of 120.00 feet to the northwesterly right of way line of Terrazzo Lane; thence northeasterly 2.50 feet along said northwesterly right of way line of Terrazzo Lane and the arc of a curve concave to the southeast, through a central angle of 00°26'03”, having a radius of 330.00 feet and being subtended by a chord which bears North 37°33'36” East, with a chord distance of 2.50 feet.
