NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 14, 2021, and entered in Case No. 2021 CA 001494 NC of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BENEVA VILLAGE OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and SEBASTIAN ROBBINS-SANCHEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SEBASTIAN ROBBINS-SANCHEZ; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY and UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY are Defendants, Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash:
