NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 10, 2021, and entered in Case No. 29-2019-CA-007236 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Mr. Cooper, is the Plaintiff and Joaquin Abreu, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Elsy Roelles, Joaquin Abreu, as Trustees of The El Dorado United Trust a/k/a El Dorado United Trust, Dated December 15, 2009, as Amend, Silvia Abreu, as Trustees of The El Dorado United Trust a/k/a El Dorado United Trust, Dated December 15, 2009, as Amend, The Unknown Beneficiaries of the El Dorado United Trust a/k/a El Dorado United Trust, Dated December 15, 2009, as Amend, Silvia Abreu a/k/a Silvia C. Abreu, Branch Banking and Trust Company, Suncoast Credit Union f/k/a Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union, Unknown Spouse of Richard F.
