NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 13-CA-011572 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Alan George Pasek a/k/a Alan Pasek; Brenda Lee Pasek a/k/a Brenda L. Pasek; The Homeowners Association At Westwood Lakes, Inc. are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 17th day of November, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, BLOCK 4, WESTWOOD LAKES PHASE 1A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 82, PAGE 33 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
