NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Consent Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 17, 2021, and entered in the above styled case, Case No. 2019-CA-007910 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WATER MILL VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and DIANE M. SANCHEZ and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DIANE M. SANCHEZ are the Defendants, that CINDY STUART, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 25, 2021, the following described property, as set forth in said Consent Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, described as:
A portion of Lot 2 of J-R Manor as recorded in Plat Book 57 on Page 37 described as: Begin at the Northwest corner of Lot 2 of J-R Manor as recorded in Plat Book 57 on Page 37 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida; thence South 00°52'04” West along West boundry of said Lot 2 a distance of 51.58 feet; thence South 89°07'56” East a distance of 82.06 feet for a point of beginning. Thence South 89°03'45” East, a distance of 45.35 feet; thence South 00°56'15” West a distance of 14.0 feet; thence North 89°03'45” West a distance of 45.35 feet; thence North 00°56'15” East, a distance of 14.0 feet to the point of beginning.

The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment.
