NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 25, 2021 entered in Civil Case No. 2020-CA-6542 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, and Order Rescheduling Sale entered September 15, 2021, the Clerk of Court, LINDA DOGGETT, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, at 9:00am on the 15th day of October, 2021, on the following described property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment:
UNIT 525, BUILDING NO. 5, GREENBRIAR VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM AT THE HIDEAWAY COUNTRY CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1966, AT PAGES 3038 THROUGH 3122, AND AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCE THEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
