IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA

Petitioner, KERRY LOVELY, as guardian of the property of THOMAS R. LOVELY, pursuant to ยง 744.524, Florida Statutes and Rule 5.670, Florida Probate Rules as guardian of the property, hereby gives notice of the following:
1. The name of the ward and the file number for the guardianship is set forth in the caption above.
2. The name and address of the Court in which the guardianship proceedings are pending is the Circuit Court for Charlotte County, Florida, Probate Division, 350 E. Marion Avenue, Punta Gorda, Florida 33950.
3. The name and address of the guardian and the guardian's attorney are set forth below.
4. The name and address of the foreign (Tennessee) guardian and the foreign guardian's attorney are as follows:

5. The date of first publication of this notice is April 1, 2022.
6. A petition for discharge has been filed with the Court upon the grounds of change of domicile of the ward.
7. The guardian applied for discharge on January 11, 2022.
8. The jurisdiction of the Ward will be transferred to the General Sessions Court for Blount County, Tennessee.
9. Any objection to the final accounting and petition for discharge must be in writing and shall state with particularity each item to which the objection is directed and the grounds on which the objection is based.
10. Any objection to the final report and the petition for discharge shall be filed within the later of 30 days from the date of service of the petition for discharge or the date of first publication of the notice.
11. Within 90 days after filing the objection, a notice of hearing hereon shall be deemed abandoned.
