YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a suit to quiet title to the following-described parcels of property in Charlotte County, Florida:
COUNT I PARCEL: Lot 144, Block 13, ROTONDA VILLAS, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 1A through 1Z15, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
COUNT III PARCEL: Lot 62, Block 243, TROPICAL GULF ACRES, UNIT 10, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Pages 76A through 76N, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
COUNT IV PARCEL: Lot 131, Block 13, ROTONDA VILLAS, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 1A through 1Z15, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
COUNT V PARCEL: Lot 16, Block 10, ROTONDA VILLAS, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 1A through 1Z15, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
COUNT VII PARCEL: Lot 5, Block 14, ROTONDA VILLAS, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 1A through 1Z15, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
COUNT VIII PARCEL: Lot 65, Block 15, ROTONDA VILLAS, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 1A through 1Z15, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
COUNT IX PARCEL: Lot 33, Block 20, ROTONDA VILLAS, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 1A through 1Z15, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on TAMSEN HAYS, Esq. of Wotitzky, Wotitzky, Ross & Young, P.A., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 1107 West Marion Avenue, Unit 111, Punta Gorda, Florida 33950 on or before the 29th day of April, 2022, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a Default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
