Gaskin a/k/a Daniel Ray Gaskin a/k/a Daniel Gaskin, Florida Housing Finance Corporation ,FTL Capital Partners, LLC d/b/a/FTL Finance, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the April 21, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
