WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR MERRILL LYNCH MORTGAGE INVESTORS TRUST MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-WMC4, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF HAROLD W. WARNER; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION., AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF JUNE 1, 2004 MERRILL LYNCH MORTGAGE INVESTORS TRUST MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-WMC4; KIMBERLY LEANN WARNER A/K/A KIMBERLY WARNER; DAVID EUGENE WARNER; AMY SUZANNE BIBLE, are defendants. Stacy M.
