NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 8, 2022, and entered in Case No. 41-2018-CA-004003 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Mr. Cooper, is the Plaintiff and Elizabeth Mary Bray a/k/a Elizabeth K. Smilde, Patrick Ryan Bray, Patrick Ryan Bray, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the April 22, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 5, PALMA SOLA HIGHLANDS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 13 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
