John P. Fleck, Jr., as the Personal Representative of the Estate of Harold J. Armentrout, Jr., for the benefit of beneficiary Danny S. Bryant and Danny S. Bryant.

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for QUIET TITLE has been filed against you. The real property is described as:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF SUBJECT REAL PROPERTY:
South 90 feet of Lot 13 less the South 10 feet thereof of Easterling's Subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 152 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
The subject real property address is 406 9th Street East, Bradenton, Florida 34208.
and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Attorney John P. Fleck, Jr., whose address is 1111 Ninth Avenue West, Suite C, Bradenton, FL 34205 on or before May 10th 2022, and to file the original with the Clerk of this Court at P.O. Box 25400, Bradenton, FL 34206 before service on the Petitioner's attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
