NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2019-CA-000926 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Mr. Cooper, Plaintiff and Rocardio Jean Young a/k/a Rocardio J. Young a/k/a Rocardio Young are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on April 21, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK A, VILLAGES AT BRIDGEWATER VILLAGE 6B PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 152, PAGE(S) 6 AND 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
