YOU ARE NOTIFIED that Plaintiff, Country Club Estates Cooperative, Inc. has filed an action against you seeking to terminate your proprietary lease and evict you from the following property in Sarasota County, Florida:
Unit 361, COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES, a residential cooperative, according to Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded in Instrument No. 1999170443 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
upon which lies the following single-wide mobile home:
1966 Stat, VIN: E5112ST571, Title: 002825485
and on or before 30 days from the first date of publication of this Notice, you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Jonathan P. Whitney, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Lutz, Bobo & Telfair, P.A., Two North Tamiami Trail, Suite 500, Sarasota, Florida 34236, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
