NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 25, 2022 and an Order From Court Set Status Hearing and/or to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated March 24, 2022, entered in Civil Case No.: 2019 CA 005782 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC F/K/A NEW PENN FINANCIAL, LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, Plaintiff, and JOHN M. LUPO A/K/A JOHN LUPO; JENNIFER A. LAWSON; SOUTH GATE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC, are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 27th day of April, 2022, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 164, SOUTH GATE, UNIT NO. 40, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
