NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 15, 2022, and entered in Case No. 58-2018-CA-000779 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York as Trustee for First Horizon Mortgage Pass-Through Trust 2004-AR6, is the Plaintiff and Christy M. Hutchens, First Horizon Home Loans, a Division of First Tennessee Bank, N.A., Shirley I. Faist, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Lela Jackson McLeod , are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the April 19, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
