Commence at the Northeast corner of Lot 5, of said Block F, HILCREST SUBDIVISION, THIRD ADDITION; thence South 89º42'25” West along the North line of said Lot 5 and Lot 6, a distance of 150.37 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence South 00º06'55” East, a distance of 110.14 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot 8; thence South 89º40'08” West along the South line of said Lot 8, a distance of 50.23 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 8, a distance of 110.18 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot 8; thence North 89º42'25” East along the North line of said Lot 8, a distance of 50.03 feet to the Point of Beginning. Said tract contains 5,522 square feet or 0.1268 acres, more or less.
