NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Amended Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion for Credit Bid and to Set Terms of Sale (DIN 138) dated March 2, 2022, and entered in Case No. 2018 CA 006054 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein MICHELLE BRUNONE is Plaintiff, and KERRY S. TOPJUN and WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. are Defendants, Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the Court for Sarasota County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 28th day of April, 2022, all as provided by Chapter 45 of the Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Amended Order, to wit:
Lot 37 and the North 10 feet of Lot 39, Block 2, PLAT OF SARASOTA BAY PARK, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, page 49, of the public records of Sarasota County, Florida. (the “Property”)
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
