NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Third Amended Agreed Final Judgment of Foreclosure (To Attach Legal Description Only),” entered in the above-styled action on December 9, 2020, and the “Order Granting AJD Property Group, LLC's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale,” entered on March 21, 2022, in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, the Clerk of Hillsborough County will sell the real property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described below to the highest bidder, for cash, to be held online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on April 27, 2022, at 10:00 a.m.:
The South 1/2 of lot 6 of HANKINS' SUBURBAN HOMESITES REVISED, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 29, Page 26, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
