Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 18, 2022 and entered herein, the property situated in Orange County, Florida, to wit: Lot 9, Block 179, of Willowbrook, Phase 2, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 29, Pages 105 and 106, in Public Records of Orange County, FL, a/k/a 14536 Grassy Cove Circle will be sold to the highest and best bidder by electronic sale at: https:// www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com/ at 11:00 a.m. on this 11th day of May, 2022.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
