Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 29, 2022, in Case No. 2021-CA-005848-O, of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, in which HILLTOP RESERVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and SHERION R. PAGE, and UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION N/K/A ZIOLETA FERMIN are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at https://www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on June 30, 2022, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
Lot 9, Hilltop Reserve Phase 1, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 84, Page(s) 129-132, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
