NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 16, 2021 and an Order Resetting Sale dated March 21, 2022 and entered in Case No. 19-CA-011073 of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein SPECIALIZED LOAN SERVICING LLC is Plaintiff and JUSTIN L CHAMBERLAIN HEATH A/K/A JUSTIN JOBA CHAMBERLAIN;JUSTIN L. CHAMBERLAIN HEATH A/K/A JUSTIN JOBA CHAMBERLAIN AS TRUSTEE OF THE JUSTIN L. CHAMBERLAIN HEATH REVOCABLE TRUST, DATED NOVEMBER 10, 2007; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUSTIN L.CHAMBERLAIN HEATH A/K/A JUSTIN JOBA CHAMBERLAIN; UNKNOWN TENANT 2; UNKNOWN TENANT 1; CASABLANCA OF CITRUS PARK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE JUSTIN L. CHAMBERLAIN HEATH REVOCABLE TRUST, DATED NOVEMBER 10, 2007 are Defendants, CINDY STUART, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, 10:00 a.m., on May 27, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 30, BLOCK 1, CASA BLANCA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEROF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 89, PAGE(S) 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED. THE COURT, IN ITS DESCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
Pursuant to Florida Statute 45.031(2), this notice shall be published twice, once a week for two consecutive weeks, with the last publication being at least 5 days prior to the sale.
