LESS THAT PART DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE AT THE COMMON CORNER BETWEEN LOTS 127 AND 128 OF SAID SPRINGWOOD VILLAGE ON THE NORTHEASTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY BOUNDARY OF WINDOVER WAY; THENCE ALONG THE COMMON BOUNDARY BETWEEN SAID LOTS 127 AND 128, N.53°10'00”E., 55.24 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE ALONG SAID COMMON BOUNDARY THE FOLLOWING CALLS, N.53°10'00”E., 4.17 FEET, N.08°10'00”E., 14.14 FEET; THENCE LEAVING SAID COMMON BOUNDARY; S.17°57'20”W., 17.34 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. AND THAT PART OF LOT 126 OF SAID SPRINGWOOD VILLAGE DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE AT THE COMMON CORNER BETWEEN SAID LOTS 126 AND 127AND THE NORTHEASTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY BOUNDARY FOR WINDOVER WAY, THENCE ALONG THE COMMON BOUNDARY BETWEEN SAID LOTS 126 AND 127, NN.53°10'00”E., 56.74 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE ALONG SAID COMMON BOUNDARY THE FOLLOWING CALLS; N.53°10'00”E., 4.17 FEET, N.08°10'00”E., 14.14 FEET; THENCE LEAVING SAID COMMON BOUNDARY, S.17°57'20”W., 17.34 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
