NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 27 day of April, 2022, that certain parcel of real property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
The South 50 feet of the West 100 feet of Lot 9, Block B, HARLEM HEIGHTS, as recorded in Plat Book 8, page 76, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with the following portion of vacated street as recorded in Official Records Book 1896, page 4524; beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot 9; thence S 01° 03' 31” E along the Southerly extension of the West line of said Lot 9 for 25.00 feet; thence N 89° 06' 27” E parallel with the South line of said Lot 9 for 100.00 feet; thence N 01° 03' 31” W for 25.00 feet to the South line of said Lot 9; thence S 89° 06' 27” W along said South line for 100.00 feet to the point of beginning.
