NOTICE is hereby given that a civil action commenced on February 24, 2022, and is now pending as case number 2022-CA-000830 in the Circuit Court in the State of Florida, County of Lee.
The names of the unserved parties to the action are:
DAVID ALLAN SZYDLOWSKI
and the nature of the proceeding is a partition on Real Property - Non-Homestead $1 - $50,000 or less.
This notice shall be published once each week for four consecutive weeks in the Business Observer publication.
Each defendant is required to serve written defenses to the Complaint on plaintiff's attorney, Stephen K. Hachey, whose address is 10853 Boyette Road, Riverview, FL 33569, on or before May 6, 2022, and to file the original of the defenses with the clerk of this court either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If a defendant fails to do so, a default will be entered against that defendant for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
