YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the above-referenced action has been filed by Plaintiff and, published in the Business Observer, seeking to quiet title to the leasehold interest in the real property located at 6975 Monte Carlo, Pinellas Park, FL 33781 and more particularly described as:
Unit 6975, VENDOME VILLAGE UNIT 12, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 13, Page 70 and 71 and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 4013, page 1011, and all the amendments thereto, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on:
