YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced against you to quiet title on real property, lying and being and situated in Pinellas County, Florida, which is more particularly described as follows:
Lot 15, less the NE 1/2, and all of Lot 16, Block 7, CONEY ISLAND, according to plat recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 34, Public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Also known as: 108 125th Avenue, Treasure, Island, FL 33706.
This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any upon Plaintiff's Attorney, RICHARD V. LEE, ESQUIRE, 912 7th Avenue East, Bradenton, FL 34208, Phone: 941-750-8383, Email: [email protected] within thirty days after the first publication of this notice, on or before April 29th, 2022, and to file the original with the Clerk of the Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
