A fee simple interest to a one-sixth (1/6) interest in the following described unimproved real property located in Pinellas County, Florida, viz:
Lot Ninety (90) Second Addition to Oakridge Acres, according to the Plat recorded in Plat Book 35, Page(s) 4, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that Plaintiff, MICHAEL P. MILHOAN, has filed a Complaint to Quiet Title in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 22-000798-CI-20.
Any persons having an interest, claim or objection in this matter must serve a copy of his, her, their or its Claim or Objection or written defenses to it, if any, on the Petitioner's attorney, whose name and address are:
