NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure I Rem dated March 22, 2022, entered in Civil Case No.: 19-001669-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-IM3, Plaintiff, and 220 MIRROR LAKE, LLC; ROGER G. DURNING; TERESA B. DURNING; TIMOTHY C. DURNING; 701 MIRROR LAKE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A LORI ELKINS, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 28th day of April, 2022, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 220, 701 MIRROR LAKE, A CONDOMINIUM TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 8157, PAGE 1515, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 112, PAGE(S) 55 THROUGH 59, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
