Cruz, Maritza Dejesus a/k/a Maritza De Jesus, Florida Housing Finance Corporation, Hunter's Crossing Homeowners' Association of Polk County, Inc , are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the April 29, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
