Begin at the Southeast corner of the SW1/4 of Section 23, Township 26 South, Range 27 East; Polk County, Florida, run North 360.29 feet to the Point of Beginning, continue North 208.71 feet, thence West parallel to the South line of Section 23, a distance of 208.71 feet, thence South 208.71 feet, thence East 208.71 feet to the Point of Beginning, TOGETHER WITH an easement over and upon the following described property for use as a road for ingress and egress and for electrical service or other utilities to wit: From the Southwest corner of subject property run East along the South boundary of subject property a distance of 7.5 feet for a Point of Beginning, thence South to the County maintained clay road; said Easement shall be 15 feet in width, 7.5 feet on either side of the above described center line.
