Final Judgment was awarded on March 3, 2022 in Civil Case No. 2018CA005100000000, of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and JAMES J. BURKETT; TIFFANY M. BURKETT; HIGH VISTA PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT 1; UNKNOWN TENANT 2; GTE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION DBA GTE FINANCIAL; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
