NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 15, 2017 in the above action, the Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Pasco, Florida, on May 3, 2022, at 11:00 AM, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com for the

Lot 24: The North 131 feet of the South 524 feet of the West 160.5 feet of Tract 6, in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 36, Township 26 South, Range 17 East, REVISED MAP OF KEYSTONE PARK COLONY, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 64, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, LESS the East 15 feet for Right-of-way. Lot 25: The West 160.5 feet, less the South 524 feet of Tract 6, in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 36, Township 26 South, Range 17 East, REVISED MAP OF KEYSTONE PARK COLONY, as recorded in Plat Book l, Page 64, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. LESS the East 15 feet for right-of-way.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
