Unit No. C of Building 3042 of Gardens of Beacon Square Condominium Number Three, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 539, Page 91, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 10, Page 82, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
has been filed against you. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Michael C. Caborn, Esquire, Winderweedle, Haines, Ward & Woodman, P.A., Plaintiffs attorney, whose address is 329 Park Avenue North, Second Floor, Winter Park, FL 32789, within 5/6/2022 30 days after the first publication of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiffs' attorneys or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition. See §49.09, Fla. Stat. This Notice of Action shall be published once during each week for two (2) consecutive weeks under §49.10(c), Fla. Stat.
