NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure of Plaintiff, SARASOTA HARBOUR EAST ASSOCIATION, INC., and determination of reasonable attorney's fees entered in the above-styled case number 2020 CA 006008 NC in the County Court of Sarasota County, Florida, that KAREN E. RUSHING, Sarasota Clerk of the Court, will sell the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
a. County: Sarasota
b. Property Address: 769 John Ringling Blvd., Unit 37, Sarasota, FL 34236.
c. Legal Description:
Unit 37, Exeter House, Sarasota Harbour East Apartments, a Condominium, according to the Declaration Thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 530, Page 329, and All Amendments thereto, and according to the plat thereof, recorded in condominium book 1, at pages 27 through 31, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, to be conducted online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m., on the 3rd day of May, 2022.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
