NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, on January 19, 2022, I will sell at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, on April 21, 2022, beginning at 11:00 a.m. in the lobby of the First Floor Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, the following described real property:
Unit 105, Building No. 815, and Parking Space No. C-28, in Pavilion Club, a Condominium, in Section 33, Township 48 South, Range 25 East, according to the Declaration of Condominium, recorded June 1, 1988, in Official Records Book 1354, Page 165, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and all amendments thereto.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
