NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated March 30, 2022 entered in Civil Case No. 2019-CA-002160-O in the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., Plaintiff and LUIS ESTEVANNEL A/K/A LUIS ESTEVANELL; NORMA ESTEVANELL; CATALINA ISLES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants, Tiffany Moore Russell, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 AM on May 3, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
UNIT B, BUILDING 2783, CATALINA ISLES CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 9137, PAGE 983, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
