NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 21, 2022, and entered in Case No. 48-2018-CA-001140-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for Nomura Asset Acceptance Corporation, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-AR6, is the Plaintiff and Michelle Goebel, Norm Goebel a/k/a Norman L. Goebel a/k/a Norman Goebel, Surrey Ridge Community Association, Inc., are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the April 26, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
