NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 23, 2022, entered in Case No. 20-CA-004265 in the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein CARROLLWOOD SPRINGS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC., is Plaintiff, and RICHARD KALBERER, et al, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on: MAY 25, 2022 conducted electronically online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M., after first given notice as required by Section 45.031(10) and 45.035(1) and (3),Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 32, BLOCK 1, CARROLLWOOD SPRINGS UNIT I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52 PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A: 4129 ROLLING SPRINGS DRIVE, TAMPA, FLORIDA 33624.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
