NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment in Foreclosure entered in this cause on or about March 29, 2022, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, the Clerk shall offer for sale the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described below, at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on July 27, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
