MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-4 is the Plaintiff and CHRIS D. PATTON; ROBERTA PATTON; SOUTH COVE AT SUMMERFIELD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION ,INC; SUMMERFIELD MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; WACHOVIA SBA LENDING, INC.; JOHN DOE N/K/A LAUREN GARCIA; and JANE DOE are the Defendant(s).
