NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 26, 2021, and entered in 19-CA-005609 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT SERIES I TRUST is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ZOILA E. ZARZUELA, DECEASED ; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT ; SUNCOAST CREDIT UNION FKA SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION ; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; ACY M. ZARZUELA-OLMO; YESENIA ZARZUELA; SABRINA TRAVIS; REYNA ZARZUELA; and CARLOS ZARZUELA are the Defendant(s).
