Petitioner.
NOTICE is hereby given that Petitioner, Motor Depot, LLC, as the owner of a 2006 Black Hawk vessel with Hull ID Number IT030015G506, has filed a complaint pursuant to 46 U.S.C. §§ 30501 et seq., for exoneration from or limitation of liability for all claims of damages or injuries or other losses occasioned by, or arising out of, an incident occurring on or about June 13, 2020, while the vessel was being operated on the navigable waters of the United States in Tampa Bay, Tampa Florida, within this District.
All persons having claims against Petitioner, Motor Depot, LLC, and/or the vessel, in relation to the June 13, 2020, incident must file their respective claims with the Clerk of this Court and serve on the attorneys for Petitioner copies thereof on or before May 27, 2022. Claims shall be filed with the Clerk of this Court at the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida, and serve copies on or mail copies to the Petitioner's attorney, Eric Thiel, Esq., of Banker Lopez P.A., 501 E. Kennedy Blvd., Suite 1700, Tampa, FL 33602, on or before May 27, 2022, or suffer default. Personal attendance is not required.
Any claimant desiring to contest the allegations in the complaint shall file and serve on the Petitioners' counsel an answer to the complaint on or before the aforesaid date, unless the claim includes an answer so designated, or be defaulted.
