NOTICE OF RULEMAKING FOR ADVERTISING RATES BY TRIPLE CREEK COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
A public hearing will be conducted by the Board of Supervisors of the Triple Creek Community Development District (the “District”) on June 6, 2022 at 10:00 a.m., at the Hammock Club, 13013 Boggy Creek Drive, Riverview, Florida 33579.
In accordance with Chapters 190 and 120, Florida Statutes, the District hereby gives the public notice of its intent to adopt proposed rules related to advertising rates for District publications. The proposed rates are as follows:
Triple Creek Advertising Rates
Area/Service, Rate
Advertising in Monthly Newsletter,
$25 to $100 /month, as established at the discretion of the Amenity
Management Team
Preferred Vendor List,
$250 to $500/year, as established at the discretion of the Amenity
Management Team
The proposed rates may be adjusted at the public hearing pursuant to discussion by the Board of Supervisors and public comment. The purpose and effect of the rates is to provide for efficient District operations by rates and fees to implement the provisions of Section 190.035, Florida Statutes. Specific legal authority for the rule includes Sections 190.035(2), 190.011(5) and 120.54, Florida Statutes. Prior Notice of Rule Development was published on March 25, 2022.
Any person who wishes to provide the District with a proposal for a lower cost regulatory alternative as provided by Section 120.541(1), Florida Statutes, must do so in writing within twenty-one (21) days after publication of this notice.
The public hearing may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the hearing. If anyone chooses to appeal any decision of the Board with respect to any matter considered at the public hearing, such person will need a record of the proceedings and should accordingly ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which includes the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
