New Port Tampa Bay Community Development District Notice of Audit Selection Committee Meeting and Board of Supervisors' Meeting
The Board of Supervisors of the New Port Tampa Bay Community Development District (“Board”) will hold an Audit Selection Committee meeting and its regular Board of Supervisors Meeting on Thursday, April 21, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at 1510 W. Cleveland Street, Tampa, Florida 33606. The Audit Committee will review, discuss, and establish the minimum qualifications and evaluation criteria that the District will use to solicit audit services. The regular Board meeting will take place prior to the Audit Committee meeting where the Board may consider any other business that may properly come before it.
The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law. The meetings may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meetings. There may be occasions when Board Supervisors or District Staff may participate by speaker telephone.
A copy of the agenda for the meetings may be obtained at the offices of the District Manager, PFM Group Consulting LLC, located at 3501 Quadrangle Blvd., Suite 270, Orlando 32817, (407) 723-5900, during normal business hours. There may be occasions when staff or Supervisors will participate by telephone.

Any person who decides to appeal any action taken at the meetings is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
