NOTICE IS GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on March 10, 2022, in Civil Action Case No.: 2021-CA-1945 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, for which Plaintiff is ESTATE OF ELVIRA DAVILA, and against all Defendants IRAIDA DAVILA and SERGIO DAVILA, JR., and all others in possession, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 A.M at www.lee.realforeclose.com, on the 20th day of June, 2022, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of mortgage foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Lot 16, Block 23, Unit 3, Lehigh Acres, Section 12, Township 44 South, Range 28 East, Lehigh Acres, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 81, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Which currently has the address of: 3014 51st Street West, Lehigh Acres, FL 33971
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
