YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a mortgage foreclosure action has been filed against you, by Plaintiff, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR LUMINENT MORTGAGE TRUST 2007-1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1, seeking to foreclose a mortgage with respect to the real property more particularly described as:
UNIT V-202, IDLEWILD AT VERANDAH, together with the undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 4147, Page 3927, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Address: 3060 Meandering Way, Unit 202, Fort Myers, FL 33905 (the “Property”).
Accordingly, you are required to serve a copy of a written defense, if any, to such action to Gabriela N. Timis, attorney with the law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP, whose address is 1395 Panther Lane, Suite 300, Naples, Florida 34109-7874 within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in Plaintiff's Complaint.
