Unit No. 1013, Building 10, of VENETIAN PALMS CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Instrument No. 2006000027321, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.

The action was instituted in the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Court, Lee County, Florida, and is styled THERESA NEWBY vs. SUSAN JOY SOMMER.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Nabil Joseph, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 3411 Tamiami Trail N. Ste 100, NAPLES, Florida 34103, on or before May 16, 2022 and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Nabil Joseph, Esq. or immediately after service; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
