NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 27, 2021 in Civil Case No. 19-CA-005893 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, wherein HOMEBRIDGE FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC. is Plaintiff and JUNE TAPIO A/K/A JUNE A. TAPIO, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, LINDA DOGGETT, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 2nd day of February 2022 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot(s) 17-18, Block 635, Unit 21, Cape Coral, according to the plat there of as recorded in Plat Book 13, Page(s) 149-173 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
